Hi Everyone
It's week two of our Art With No Boundaries Anything Goes/ Performing Arts Challenge. And another beautiful image Anna May Wong from the Preforming Arts Digital Stamp Collection at CS Designs
Because she was a Hollywood movie star in the 1920's and 1930's.I decided to make an Art Deco cinema. I did this by making a diorama. For this I used two pieces of A4 black card, cut a square aperture in the front piece, scored and folded, glued the front and back at the sides, cut these at an angle to make them look Art Deco. I drew and cut out the curtains added the folds with Prisma pencils and glittered. Cut the scalloped seats and cinema letters with my silhouette. Then I coloured Anna May in pink Prisma pencils.I wanted her to really stand out. I then added silk flowers to represent cherry blossom in her hair. Please check out the other DT's designs and hopefully you will be inspired to come and join in at Art With No Boundaries Anything Goes/ Performing Arts Challenge. Thank you for stopping by. I will be entering this into the following challenges http://papermakeupstamps.blogspot.co.uk/ Anything goes
